Hyaluronic Acid

  • Allows nutrients to reach deeper levels of the skin by maintaining extra cellular space.
  • Can bind up to 1000x times its own weight in water which boosts and maintains skin hydration levels, accelerates tissue repair and cell regeneration.
  • Environmental pollution can decrease the levels of hyaluronic acid in your skin, causing fine lines, reduced elasticity, wrinkles and dark spots. By including hyaluronic acid in your skincare

routine, this can replenish the levels resulting in improved skin texture and appearance.
  • Low molecular weights penetrate the skin to deliver nourishing and regenerative qualities to

the deeper layers of the skin. Higher molecular weights form a hydration barrier on the surface of the skin delivering instant visible results,

improving skin texture and hydration levels whilst also protecting against harmful pollutants in the environment.
  • ishga uses two molecular weights to deliver overall targeted effect on skin concerns related to an ageing appearance, environmental damageand hydrationlevels.

Fucus Serratus Seaweed extract

  • Studies have shown the ability of fucus serratus to bind to and limit the function of the enzyme‘hyaluronidase’ which is responsible for the breakdown of hyaluronic acid in the skin.
  • Incorporating fucus serratus extract in skincareblocks the activity of this enzyme, therefore maintaining levels of hyaluronicacid in the skin.
  • Fucus serratus extract has also demonstrated the ability to block collagenase activity, which is theenzyme responsible for the breakdown of collagen in the skin.
  • As well as its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, blocking these enzymes allows timefor the skin to replenish levels of keycomponents that maintain its structure and slows down the ageing process.
