Credit / Debit Card Payment via SagePay
We accept all major credit and debit cards online and over the telephone. We will only dispatch goods upon cleared payment.
Please note discount codes do not apply to gift sets, gift cards or video consultation products. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are available whilst stocks last.
Delivery
UK Delivery
We offer free delivery with Royal Mail using their 48hr tracked service to the United Kingdom on all orders of £25.00 and over. Orders less than £25.00 are charged delivery at £4.50. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (usually sooner) and should arrive within 1-5 working days of dispatch. Please allow extra time during busy periods e.g Black Friday and Christmas. Thank you for your patience.
Europe Delivery
Delivery to addresses within Europe will incur a £9 delivery. A signature on delivery is required. Free delivery applies to orders over £100 with a European delivery address.
