B-vitamins play a role in different aspects of our health and brain function. Our Focus+ supplements contain a B-vitamin complex, naturally sourced from quinoa sprouts, that supports mental performance,

psychological function, vision, reduction of tiredness & fatigue and energy yielding metabolism. The B-vitamins are essential for every aspect of brain function, including the production of the molecules responsible for signaling between brain cells.

ZINC

Zinc plays an important role in the regulation of

communication between brain cells. It is highly concentrated in the brain, with the highest levels found in the area responsible for memory

and learning (the hippocampus). It also has an integral role in eye health, as it helps to bring vitamin A to the retina.
