At ishga, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to share the secret to healthier, glowing skin. You might already be mesmerised by our Marine Cream and captivated by our cleansers, so we understand it's natural to want to share this with your friends and family! We have an easy refer a friend programme to help you do just that.

How does it work?

Once you have created an account with us, you will then have access to your unique referral link found on this page, which you can share as many times as you like. This link contains a £20 voucher code for your recipient which they can use for up to 50% of their total spend. For example, a total spend of £40 with the voucher code applied would be brought down to £20 (plus delivery). Once your recipeint makes a successful purchase with us, you will also be credited with a £20 voucher code (notified by email). You can enjoy these as many times as you like for each friend that makes a purchase!

How do I get started?

1. Sign in or create an account (click on the profile icon on the top right of our website on desktop, or tap 'log in' on the left hand menu on mobile).
2. Once logged in, go to 'Rewards' in the footer of our website. Or click here.
3. You will then be shown your rewards dashboard where you can see your points balance, available codes to redeem on spends, and opportunities to earn points. Go to the second tab 'earn points'.
4. You will then see your unique referral link at the bottom which you can copy to share with a friend, or tap one of the social icons underneath your link to publish to your social accounts or directly email. You can share this link with as many people as you like. It is connected to you, so we can track any purchases that come through it and ensure you receive your £20 voucher code as a thank you!
5. UPDATE 2025: Your friend will now need to create an account before accessing their discount code. Once your friend has signed up, and made a purchase using their code, you will receive an email to confirm that you have received a £20 voucher code to thank you for refferring us. This will appear in your 'Rewards' tab on the rewards dashboard when logged in. You can then redeem this code on a spend of £40+.

Some important things to keep in mind

• Voucher codes can be used towards 50% of the total purchase, so a £20 voucher code can be used on a spend of £40+ (excluding delivery).
• Applies to new customers only. You cannot refer a friend who has already purchased from ishga in the past.
• Voucher codes are valid for 60 days from the date of refferal for the recipient and from the date of your friend's purchase for the sender.
• Your recipient must create an account with us in order to use their voucher code. They will be prompted to do this after they click your referral link, and their reward code can be accessed via their rewards dashboard.
• Referral and rewards voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or codes.
• You cannot refer a friend with the same email or postal address as you (sorry, one per household).
• Your friend will have to create an account or login before accessing their code. Once they are logged in, they will be able to find their discount code in their 
• rewards dashboard.
