Fucus serratus seaweed extract
Our unique Hebridean seaweed extract is rich in antioxidant polyphenols which provide protection against environmental damage to the skin by neutralising free radicals. Seaweed has been proven to regenerate skin cells, support collagen, promote hyaluronic acid production and delivers powerful hydration to all skin types. Studies have shown the ability of fucus serratus to bind to and limit the function of an enzyme called ‘hyaluronidase’ which is responsible for the breakdown of hyaluronic acid in the skin. Fucus serratus extract blocks the activity of this enzyme to slow down ageing of the skin.
Hebridean Spring Water
We don’t use tap water in any of our products, instead we use locally sourced Hebridean healing spring well water and sea water sourced from the Isle of Lewis. Hebridean water contains a potent mineral content, including potassium and magnesium which are all good for your skin.

Bergamot
The oil has antiseptic and antibacterial properties which make it an ideal ingredient to aid with skin conditions such as acne. It has astringent properties which help to tighten pores and reduce excess sebum production, making it good for oily skin.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is super hydrating while soothing and promoting skin renewal. It calms, cools and balances the skin. Ideal for reducing redness and inflammation and promoting a refreshed and even skin tone.

Patchouli
Great for soothing dry, chapped skin and it contains anti-inflammatory properties which can help to reduce irritation and calm the complexion.
Sandalwood
The oil has anti-inflammatory properties and contains antioxidant components, which help to maintain skin plumpness and prevent wrinkles and fine lines.

Key Ingredients & features of Hydra+ Marine Cream
Hyaluronic acid
Introducing hyaluronic acid into your skincare routine can replenish the natural levels that are lost due to environmental pollution, causing your skin to experience reduced elasticity, fine lines and dark spots.
We use two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid. Low molecular weights penetrate to the deeper layers of the skin, delivering regenerative qualities, while the higher molecular weights form a hydration barrier on the surface of the skin delivering instant visible results and locking in moisture.
Prickly pear oil
Pricky pear oil has high levels of fatty acids, omega-6 and 9, Vitamin E, amino acids and Vitamin K. These help to promote collagen production and cell turnover while vitamin K is known for brightening and improving overall skin appearance. It contains high levels of linoleic acid which can penetrate deep into the skin layers delivering a boost of hydration and stimulating cell renewal.
